Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Realtime Options software subscriptions are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem.io is the reseller of our software and handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and customer billing on our behalf.

When you see a charge from "Creem" or "Creem.io" on your statement, this is for your Realtime Options subscription. For any billing inquiries or disputes, you can contact Creem.io directly or reach out to our support team at [email protected].

2. Response Commitment

We are committed to providing excellent customer service. We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

How to Cancel:

• Customer Portal: Access your subscription management at creem.io/portal (login required)
• Email Support: Contact [email protected] to request cancellation
• In-App: Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel (when logged in)

No refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation, but you retain full access until your billing period expires.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under specific circumstances:

Subscriptions

The Services are provided on a subscription basis ("Paid Subscriptions"). Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We will notify you if the price of a Paid Subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Creem Customer Portal (creem.io/portal) or by contacting [email protected]. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers with 15-minute delayed data. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription plan. Refund eligibility for first-time subscriptions is outlined below.

Payment and Taxes

Realtime Options will charge your chosen payment method for any paid Transactions, including any applicable taxes according to the tax jurisdiction in which the Transaction takes place.

You agree to receipt of all invoices and receipts in an electronic format, which includes email. When providing us with your information, you must ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

Termination and Suspension

If you fail, or Realtime Options suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of our Terms of Service, Realtime Options may, without notice to you: (i) terminate your Subscription and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or (ii) preclude your access to the Services. Realtime Options reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice to you.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy and the relationship between you and Realtime Options shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of local law in your country of residence.
