Realtime Option is a digital analytics software subscription service (MCC 5734 - Computer Software Stores). We provide licensed software that delivers market analytics and insights through proprietary data processing. This is a pure software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering for data visualization and analytics, not a direct market data feed.

All analytics output is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and must consult their own brokers for trade execution. We are a software provider, not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial services company.

3. Service Description

Realtime Option provides data aggregation, visualization, and pattern recognition software for informational and educational purposes only. Our service is a market data analytics platform and does NOT involve any illegal or restricted items, market manipulation, securities trading services, or investment advisory services.

Complete product and service descriptions include, but are not limited to:

• Near-real-time options flow data analytics and visualization
• Historical pattern detection and display
• Sentiment indicator dashboards
• Futures data visualization for ES, NQ, and other contracts
• Unusual activity data notifications
• Historical data charts and analytics

Data Sourcing and Licensing: Our stock market data is derived via third-party APIs and proprietary analytic processes. We aggregate this licensed data and display it to users through our analytics software dashboards. This is not republished raw exchange feed data. All data is presented for user interpretation and independent research. Users must consult their own brokers for trade execution. Payment for services is handled through our secure payment processors. All prices are clearly displayed on our website in both USD (primary) and Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for transparency.

Subscription Management: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem Customer Portal (creem.io/portal) or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
